Return Policy
Exchanges will be accepted for 14 days on unworn items. A $14 restocking feel will be charged for all exchanges. No refunds will be given. Exchanges will be accepted when the desired replacement item is in stock. Returns will be offered store credit that is valid for up to one year. For both returns and exchanges, return shipping will not be reimbursed.
To return an unused item within 14 days of receipt, please ship the item(s) to:

Please write down and include with the return your name, order number and email address. Once it is received by our facility, an online store credit will be generated for the original price of the item, excluding shipping, minus the $14 restock fee. You will then be emailed with instructions for using the credit for a future online purchase.
Combined Shipping
Multiple orders placed separate from one another will not have shipping costs combined/reimbursed.
Billing and Shipping Address
If the customer's billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order will be cancelled without exception.
Special Releases
KITH holds special releases from time to time (i.e. Ronnie Fieg collaboration items). For these special releases, there is a limit of one (1) item (of that particular style) per customer. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer will be cancelled entirely without question. Again, none of these orders will be honored if multiple orders for the same product are placed, so please do not attempt to place multiple orders for these items.

PayPal
All non-confirmed PayPal purchases will be cancelled by KithNyc.com. If you do not have a confirmed PayPal address, then please use the credit card purchase option instead.
If your Paypal payment has not cleared within 24 hours of placing your order the item(s) will be put back on the shelf. If the item sells before payment has been received a refund will be given on the order.

KithNyc.com respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.
Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is priced by pound, starting at $10 for the first pound, and $4 for each additional pound.

Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.
